What are my chances in getting accepted to CS U of T?

Hey I was wondering what my chances were in getting in UofT's computer science program because I have seen them state in their website that you need high 80s for admission but other people have said that you need atleast a 95 average to have a chance, which confused me.

Here are my grades :
Advanced Functions - 95
Calc - 90
Computer science - 100
English - 88
Biology - 88
and I have yet to take physics
