Does applying to U of T Mississauga decrease your chances of getting into the St George campus?

This question is probably very stupid, but I heard a rumor that if you apply to the Mississauga and St George campus that you'll only get into the Mississauga one. I applied to social sciences with a 92% average. Does anyone know how true the rumor is? Probably not true at all, but I'm still curious.

I know a lot of people got in with mid 80s.. Just wait patiently, im pretty sure you can get in with a 92 average!

Not true. I got early acceptances to both campuses. My average in grade 12 is 92.25 and my grade 11 average was 93.5. I'm a student in Ontario.

If you're not competitive for UTSG, then they sometimes make alternative offers for a similar program at UTSC or UTM. But, since you only need low 80s for social sciences at UTSG you're more than competitive and will get in. Not sure why you even have to ask this question, as you have a 92 average and want to go into a basic social science program.

I'm still nervous :/ I over-stress too much. Thanks though!
