Should I consider switching?

I accepted my offer to York CS. My other options are Windsor CS w/ SE specialization (co-op) or Brock CS (Co-op) as they are still open. I prefer Brock as its closer, $4K entrance scholarship, better co op program and also offers a specialization in SE(3rd year). I would commute to York(3 hours/day), no co-op(internships). In which case Brock would be more convenient being near everything at residence and a proper co op program.

It turns out the commute is only 2hrs/day. I hr to York and 1 hr back home, which is fair. But would going to res school(Brock) be better than commuting to York?

Have you ever commuted 3 hrs/day in your life? You will know the answer once you have done so.

Depends on how much money you have to blow. Who will be funding your living expenses away from home, and if you are taking out student loans, how much debt do you want to be in for the exact same program/degree that you could get for a fraction of the cost?
