OK so my first semester of grade 11 finished a while ago and my teacher emailed me my report card mark for Physics. I got a 92% in Physics, I'm not sure if it was culminating that dropped it or something else because I didn't get any mark back for that. Anyways, I started the Physics course with 100, then it went to 96 a little bit after midterms, so I worked hard to bring it back up but the final mark I got in the class is a 92%. I really liked physics honestly, I like math and it was similar to that, in fact I thought that I might pursue a career in physics because I was genuinely fascinated with it. Is 92% a really low mark for a grade 11 SPH3U course (university level)? I do plan on taking Physics again in grade 12 but will this grade 11 mark affect my chances of getting into a good university program? Should I not pursue physics? Please be brutally honest, thank you.
