Are my marks bad for university application?

Hi,

I'm a grade 12 student in Ontario. This is my grade 11 background:

SBI3U: 92%
SCH3U: 96%
SPH3U: 95%
MCR3U: 95%
ENG3U: 77%

My English 3U was very low because I took it in semester 2, and the first tests/quizzes I did bad. But then COVID hit, and I didn't have a chance to raise my mark. And also because I'm an international student.

I'm applying to Nursing program soon (in UBC, McMasters, Western). I'm scared that my English 3U mark may prevent me from being accepted by those schools. And I'll have ENG4U in quadmester 4, which is around April-June. Would that be too late to prove them that I've improved?
