Should I move across country to study Criminology?

I currently live in the Lower Mainland in BC. I want to study Criminology, and my top choices are University of Alberta, Western, Ryerson, and U of T. None of these are in my province, and I am worried about moving far away. That being said, there are not many options where I live  (SFU is not an option for me). Is it worth the money/loneliness to go to one of these good schools? Which of these schools has the better criminology program?

  1. Lol, no. You’re basically gorging yourself up the piehole in the form of inflated tuition and living expenses for a worthless degree. Also, SFU is known for their crim program, so if you already live in BC, I don’t understand why you wouldn’t just commute there.
