How many hours of work per day does online school give you?

This summer I’m taking grade 12 Bio and Advanced Functions at the same time. They’re 4-week courses so they’ll be super condensed. Now I’m unsure if I made the right decision because on the website it says one course will give you 5-6 hours of work in a day. However I’ve done online English and it was only around 2 hours a day when it said 6 hours a day as well. I’m hoping that this summer I can work REALLY hard and get Bio and Adfunc over with so I have extra space in my timetable in case I need to retake a class. Spares also just help me in general because I study in the library. Can you guys comment how many hours of work online summer school gave you per day so I can gauge the amount of work I’ll have to do?

  1. Both of those are heavy courses to begin with even if you take it in day school, but the fact that it’s being condensed into a single month only makes it more difficult because you’ll have much less leeway to slack off since course progression proceeds 80% faster than normal. I would treat those two courses like taking a full-time job if you want to maximize your chances of success, so dedicate at least 8 hours a day for both. And this goes without saying, but you definitely don’t want to be juggling a part-time job during this Hell Month if you don’t want to lose any sleep/sanity.
