College Bachelor’s degree applying for University Master’s degree

Do you know if its possible with a college Bachelor’s degree to get into a University Master’s degree? Do you know anyone who has successfully done this? For example from Bachelor’s at Seneca, Centennial or Sheridan to Master’s at Ryerson, York or UofT. senecacollege.ca/programs/fulltime/BSD centennialcollege.ca/programs-courses/full-time/bachelor-of-information-technology senecacollege.ca/programs/fulltime/DTR academics.sheridancollege.ca/programs/bachelor-of-computing-and-network-communications-honours-internet-communications-technology

  1. It should be possible. Most masters programs only say they require the applicant to have a relevant degree. I imagine it would be assessed on a case by case basis and it might depend on how selective the masters program is for admissions. If you want to know for sure I would encourage you to email the relevant programs you would be considering and ask them directly.

  2. I mean, if it’s an accredited four-year program, why wouldn’t you be able to?
